Women entrepreneurs continue to play a powerful role in Rwanda’s economic growth. Yet to scale sustainably, leadership readiness and confidence at decision-making tables remain essential. This week, GFA Consulting Group GmbH (subsidiary of GIZ Rwanda-Burundi ) concluded their tour of duty by hosting Stronger Together, a networking forum that brought together 30+ women business leaders previously engaged through GFA interventions under PSF Specialized Cluster programs. The goal – connect, reflect, learn and build forward momentum. StrateScope is honored to have been part of this journey as a Transformational Leadership (FSH Consulting) Training partner, equipped with tools and frameworks that empower women to lead boldly, build influence, scale enterprises and inspire impact within their communities. We are humbled that Enock Ndungu, PMP®, our Lead Trainer, sat on the panel to speak about the importance of leadership readiness among women entrepreneurs – a timely conversation strengthening the future of women-led enterprises. With close to over 200 women business leaders trained on TL across Rwanda (in the last 17 months) , Transformational Leadership was ranked as one of the most impactful interventions during GFA’s service period.
