Better late than never — because moments of transformation deserve to be honored. On 2nd December 2025, we hosted our “Learn to Live by Design in 2026” webinar — and what unfolded was more than a training. It was an awakening. Leaders logged in from across Rwanda, Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, and beyond. Some Cameras came on. Hearts opened. And as Patrick “Paddy” McBane spoke, you could feel a collective shift happening: A reminder that greatness is already planted in each of us, and that our lives begin to change the moment we choose to cultivate it intentionally. It wasn’t just another webinar. It was a room full of people choosing purpose over autopilot. We all come to the end of the year carrying two things: • What we’ve achieved • And what we know we could become But the gap between those two is rarely strategy — it’s mindset, identity, and belief. Deep down, every leader in that room needed clarity on one question: “Who do I want to BE in 2026—and what is standing in the way?” The Transformational Leadership tools offered a pathway forward: – A shift from Fixed → Possibility → Growth mindset – A framework built around the Four Pillars: Mindset, Identity, Influence, Relationships – The courage to embrace discomfort as evidence of growth – The reminder that movement—physical or emotional—creates momentum – Identity-based leadership commitments for 2026 Patrick ‘Paddy’ McBane captured it perfectly: “Your impact is determined by what you believe to be true about yourself. Change the belief, and you unlock the greatness already inside you.” The proof was visible in the room: – People writing. – People reflecting. – People reimagining themselves. – People choosing growth. And the comments, messages, and insights shared afterward confirmed it — something shifted that day. To everyone who attended: thank you.
