KENYA
Enock Ndungu is the Managing Partner at StrateScope, where he leads the firm’s strategy and leadership initiatives. With a Degree in Social Sciences from the University of Nairobi and an MBA in Strategic Management from Kenyatta University, Enock brings a solid academic foundation to his work. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by PMI, a trained Transformational Leadership facilitator, and an Organizational Capacity Development (OCD) trainer. Enock is deeply committed to community building and empowering leaders through practical training and mentorship. His personal philosophy, inspired by Gandhi, is: “The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.
KENYA
Sperance Kazeneza is an M&E and Operations Expert associated with StrateScope, bringing over 5 years of experience in project monitoring, evaluation, and quality assurance. She holds a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Suffolk and a Bachelor’s in Environmental Health Sciences. Esperance specializes in data analysis, system development, and program evaluation. She is skilled in using data-driven approaches to optimize program effectiveness and improve community health outcomes. Esperance is committed to fostering equity and enhancing service delivery through strategic M&E initiatives.
RWANDA
Ernest Nzabarinda is a seasoned Community Development Expert and Business Development Consultant at StrateScope, with over 10 years of experience empowering youth, women, and people with disabilities. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communication Systems Engineering from the National University of Rwanda and an MBA in Project Management, Ernest combines technical expertise with strategic leadership. His work spans project management, capacity building, and private sector engagement, collaborating with TVET schools, NGOs, and international partners. Ernest’s innovative approaches and commitment to inclusive workforce development have consistently delivered measurable outcomes across Rwanda and Niger. He continues to drive sustainable community progress with dedication.

Patrick “Paddy” McBane is a seasoned leadership development expert and Global Training Coordinator for the Transformational Leadership (FSH) team. Passionate about catalyzing change, he empowers individuals and organizations through strategic, faith-based leadership training.
As the Founder of Market Place Solutions, Paddy equips leaders to thrive authentically in the workplace and beyond. He has mentored thousands globally, emphasizing purpose-driven leadership.
