Ernest Nzabarinda is a seasoned Community Development Expert and Business Development Consultant at StrateScope, with over 10 years of experience empowering youth, women, and people with disabilities. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communication Systems Engineering from the National University of Rwanda and an MBA in Project Management, Ernest combines technical expertise with strategic leadership. His work spans project management, capacity building, and private sector engagement, collaborating with TVET schools, NGOs, and international partners.
